Construction continued its pace in Quinte West in the month of November.
Last month there were 60 permits issued at a total construction value of $7.9 million in Quinte West.
That’s fairly steady when compared to 59 permits issued at a construction value of $5.6 million in the same month last year.
It’s also on par with the previous month as there were 74 permits issued in October at a total value of $7.9 million.
Year-to-date construction is well above last year’s pace with 821 permits issued so far at a total construction value of $116 million compared to 763 permits issued to this point in 2020 at a value of $88 million.
