Belleville police, firefighters and Hastings-Quinte paramedics responded to a small commercial plaza at 135 Cannifton Road around 2:15 Tuesday afternoon.
A vehicle driven by a man in his 70s had collided with the building.
The driver was assessed by paramedics but did not need to be taken to hospital.
There were no reports of major damage. The plaza is at the intersection of Cannifton Road and College Street East.
