Halloween Haunt Backs the Build

Another local business is backing the build.

The Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital Foundation Back the Build
Campaign has received a $1,500 donation from the Waring House Restaurant and Inn.

The money was raised from this year’s Halloween walk-through.

For the second year in a row, owner Norah Rogers, with the help of Krista Tevlin, set up the walk-through, a family-friendly and spooky experience while collecting donations for the new hospital.

In the two years they’ve held the event, they’ve raised almost $2,700.

About 500 people enjoyed this year’s walk-through.
