Quinte West OPP seized $9,000 worth of drugs and charged two people following the execution of a search warrant in Trenton.
The OPP Community Street Crime Units of Quinte West and Central Hastings, assisted by the OPP Emergency Response Team Police executed a search warrant on Adrian Court Thursday morning around 5:30 a.m., seizing suspected fentanyl and cocaine, along with cash and drug paraphernalia.
Thirty-year-old Adam Frivalt and 29-year-old Rachelle Hazelton, both of Quinte West, each face two charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
Frivalt is also charged with failing to comply with his probation order and was held for a bail hearing Thursday.
Hazelton was released with a court appearance scheduled for December 20.
