A retired cook from Belleville hit the jackpot big time playing Ontario Lottery Gaming Corporation’s Instant Bingo Doubler game.
Patricia Welsh won $100,000 on a ticket purchased at Shop N Joy on College Street in Belleville.
Welsh plans to buy her husband a new van and share the rest of the prize with her children.
