Breach of Release Conditions
On November 12, 2021 at 6:35 p.m., Belleville police began investigating an allegation that a male party had breached his bail conditions by contacting a person he was not supposed to. As a result, a 40-year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with two counts of fail to comply with an undertaking. He was held for a show cause hearing on November 13.
