Ekort Realty and realtor Joe Shunock will again provide real estate services to the City of Belleville.
Shunock and Ekort have been the city’s real estate contact for the past five years but the contract ended and tenders for the work were requested.
Three realtors submitted bids to assist the city in buying and selling property and Shunock and Ekort were again ranked first overall.
Belleville council confirmed a new five-year contract at its meeting Monday.
Other firms tendering for the work were Townville Realty Inc. and Land/Max Realty Inc.
