There were three new COVID-19 cases reported Monday in Hastings and Prince Edward counties.
It was the first COVID update by HPE Public Health since Friday.
All three positive tests were found in unvaccinated people. One person is located in Quinte West, another in Belleville, and the other in central Hastings County.
With 10 people recovering,the number of active cases in the two counties is down to 13.
Ninety percent of local residents 12-plus have received one dose of a COVID vaccine, 84% two doses.
In Northumberland Monday, the Haliburton Kawartha Pine Ridge District Health Unit reported two new cases.
Three cases are active.
