Hastings Prince Edward Public Health is reporting three new cases of COVID-19 Wednesday as well as four new recoveries for an active total of 20.
Two of the new cases are in unvaccinated people and the other is in a fully vaccinated person.
All three of the cases are in Quinte West and the cause of one is listed as travel while the causes of the other two are pending.
To date 133,080, or 89% of eligible HPE residents, have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine while 123,314, or 82%, have received both.
The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit is reporting two new cases in Northumberland County where there are now three active.
