A big new subdivision is being proposed for land just outside Picton.
The development is to be called Loyalist Heights and would be located in the area of Loyalist Parkway and
Sandy Hook Road.
The plan calls for a total of 393 residential units comprised of 201 single family homes, semi-detached and townhouses, along
with 156 apartments and 35 seniors units.
Prince Edward County’s Planning department will host a virtual public meeting on the proposal at 7 p.m. Wednesday, October 27.
