A fundraiser for United Way Hastings & Prince Edward will feature a New York Times top ten author as its keynote speaker.
The local United Way is hosting the virtual Will & Estate Planning Presentation as part of the 2021 Will Week initiative.
Tom Deans, author of Willing Wisdom will address the importance of estate planning in light of our current global crisis.
His book remains the best-selling Canadian estate planning book of all time.
Deans will cover topics like the basics of estate planning, the connection between estate planning and long term care and confidence to begin important family conversations.
Kris Himberg-Larson CPA, CA, Wilkinson & Company LLP will also be a guest speaker.
All proceeds from the Wills & Estate Planning presentation will support United Way Hastings & Prince Edwards 2021 Revive & Thrive Fundraising campaign.
