A young woman caused some traffic problems on the Norris Whitney Bridge between Belleville and Prince Edward County Sunday night.
Belleville police say a woman was sitting on the bridge’s road nearly causing collisions around 10 o’clock.
Police responded and quickly arrested an 18-year-old Belleville woman with whom they’re very familiar as she’d been charged for doing the same kind of thing on the bridge in the recent past.
She was charged with causing a disturbance, resisting arrest, and escape lawful custody and was held for a bail hearing.
