The Belleville Police responded to 62 calls for service between October 8, 2021 at 5 a.m. and October 9, 2021 at 5 a.m. a.m.
Causing a Disturbance
On October 8, 2021 at 6:30 p.m., officers attended an address on Rollins Drive in regards to a family dispute. Upon arriving police received information that their 35-year-old daughter was drunk and causing problems. Police attempted to speak to the daughter but she was belligerent. She was arrested for causing a disturbance. She was eventually released on a by-law infraction of being a nuisance.
Arrest on Warrant
On October 8, 2021 at 10:15 p.m. police received an anonymous complaint that a disc jockey at a Front Street business had a warrant for his arrest. Police arrested 30-year-old Belleville man Alexander Green for failing to appear for prints. He was later released on an undertaking with a court date of November 18.
