A couple of new businesses have plans to move to the Municipality of Brighton’s industrial park.
At its meeting Monday night Brighton council authorized its CAO to sign off on two industrial land sales along Sharp Road.
One property was sold to Yoveggies Dairy Corporation which intends to make yogurt and dips.
The other was sold to Nixon Lumber and Custom Millwork for the production of doors, molding, trim, flooring, and wall paneling.
Prices for the properties were not disclosed however land in Brighton’s industrial park sells for $ 35,000 an acre.
