Loyalist College has entered into a partnership with GreenCentre Canada to support innovation in sustainable chemistry and advanced materials.
The Memorandum of Understanding will see the college and the Kingston-based organization establish an integrated services model that will respond to the needs of small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), with a focus on accelerated technology development and reduced commercialization timelines.
The partnership will enhance the college’s Bio Economy, Agritech and Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) clusters.
Loyalist President and CEO, Dr. Ann Marie Vaughan says supporting economic development while fostering sustainable solutions is more important now than ever.
GreenCentre Canada is a not-for-profit organization that provides a full suite of technical services including product validation, process development, application testing, and scale-up support.
