Empire Square Welcome Home – Night One
Officers were on scene for the music concert downtown. A large crowd attended but no issues were reported and no arrests or charges were filed.
Public Intoxication
On September 17, 2021 at 2:25 p.m., officers attended at an apartment complex on Bridge Street West on the report of a disturbance. A 41-year-old Belleville woman was arrested at the scene and charged with being intoxicated in a public place. She was held at the BPS until sober enough to care for herself.
