Belleville police dealt with a strange disturbance early Saturday morning.
Police say they arrested a 44-year-old Belleville woman who was attempting to cast spells on people leaving a concert at the Empire Square earlier in the night.
This, according to police, was not well-received and nearly caused multiple fights.
Around 3:20 a.m., police arrested the woman on Church Street for acting out and causing a disturbance.
