Building activity in Brighton continues to boom.
Twenty-seven permits with a $10.4 million construction value were issued last month.
In August of last year, 18 permits worth $1.22 million were issued.
So far this year there has been $98.1 million in construction in Brighton thanks to 206 permits.
Through the first eight months of 2020, there were just 97 permits worth $18.22 million.
