HPE Public Health is advising everyone of a positive case of COVID-19 identified at Harmony Public School near Foxboro.
The health unit sent out a letter to parents and guardians of affected students Friday confirming a student at the school tested positive for the virus.
All students considered to be at high risk of contracting COVID-19 have been identified and representatives of HPE Public Health are working to identify close contacts from outside the student’s classroom.
Parents are encouraged to continue to screen their children daily for symptoms before sending them off to school.
