The Belleville Police Traffic Safety Unit will have a zero-tolerance approach this week as students head back to school.
The Traffic Safety Unit will be in school and community safety zones enforcing traffic laws with “Project Back the Bus” and “Project Yellow Jacket.”
“Project Back the Bus” is aimed at traffic and pedestrian safety in relation to area school bus stops while picking up and dropping off students.
“Project Yellow Jacket” is aimed at speed enforcement and aggressive driving within community safety zones.
