A Belleville man is facing charges for breaking and entering after an incident Sunday.
Police were called to Front Street at approximately 4 p.m. for reports of a man breaking into a residence and damaging property while inside.
Officers say the man left before they arrived but they were able to track him down after getting a description from a witness.
Not long after, police arrested and charged 28-year-old Arron Woods of Belleville with break and enter, two counts of mischief and two counts of failing to comply with probation.
Woods was released on an undertaking and has a court date set for September 30.
