424 Squadron Search and Rescue personnel rescued a stranded hiker in Algonquin Provincial Park Sunday afternoon.
The 8 Wing Trenton-based crew responded at the request of Renfrew County Paramedics to the cliffs of Barron Canyon and managed to hoist the person up safely into a Griffon helicopter.
