A Belleville man faces impaired driving charges after a woman was nearly struck by a motorcycle while walking her dog Wednesday.
Belleville police responded to an east hill housing complex around 10:30 in the morning and arrested a man on a motorcycle not far from where the incident occurred.
Terry Miller, 26, was charged and has a September 16 court date.
