One person faces several charges following a single vehicle collision in Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory Wednesday morning.
Around 10:30 a.m. Lennox and Addington OPP received a report of an erratic driver on South Church Lane.
The vehicle was damaged as it went in and out of the ditch.
The driver did not stop.
Police stopped the suspect vehicle on Dundas Street in Deseronto.
Thirty-four-year-old Robert Pammett of Greater Napanee faces multiple charges including Operation While Impaired, Litter on Highway and Fail to Surrender Licence.
The accused is scheduled to appear in court in October.
