A Belleville woman has a court date after allegedly being unlawfully inside of a residence.
City police were called to a John Street home Saturday night around 8:30 after residents had discovered an unknown woman inside.
Officers responded and arrested a suspect nearby.
Kristine Wendling, 33, was charged and appears in court October 21.
