A Belleville woman is $50,000 richer after scratching a winning lottery ticket.
Margaret Truesdell won the top prize playing OLG’s Instant Bingo.
The winning ticket could have been someone else’s – the 68-year-old retiree says she sent her son in to the store to purchase two Crossword tickets but there weren’t any left so he bought two Bingo tickets instead.
The mother and grandmother plans to invest her winnings and put some aside for a family trip.
The winning ticket was purchased at Cleanest Gas N Wash on Dundas Street in Belleville.
