Central Hastings OPP say a man was lucky to suffer only minor injuries after a fall while climbing at the Marmora Mines over the weekend.
A Tweet from the OPP East Region says Central Hastings officers, members of the Emergency Response Team and a helicopter from the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre were all called to rescue the man, who fell about 100 feet.
Authorities are puttin out a reminder to pay attention to signage around various trails and cliffs, especially around the Marmora Mines, as the area where the man fell was off limits.
No other details were released.
