HPE Public Health is reporting one new case of COVID-19 in the area Wednesday.
It was found in Belleville, in a woman in her 50s and is related to travel outside of the area.
There are currently three active cases in HPE with one person in hospital.
The health unit says nearly 80% of eligible residents 12 and over have received at least one dose of vaccine, with 52% fully vaccinated.
There are no new cases and no active cases currently in Northumberland County, according to the Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge Health Unit.
