The construction boom of 2021 is continuing across the Quinte Region and Brighton is no exception.
In the month of June there were 40 building permits issued for a total construction value of $10,138,000.
That compares to June of 2020 when there were 19 permits issued at a value of $4,858,000.
To date so far this year there have been 149 permits issued at a total construction value of $81,585,000 which exceeds this time last year when there were just 67 permits issued at a construction value of 15,857,000.
