The Belleville Police Service responded to 73 calls from July 6, 2021 at 5:00 a.m. until July 7, 2021 at 5:00 a.m.
Motor Vehicle Collision
On July 6, 2021 at 2:20 p.m., police responded to the area of the Bay View Mall on Dundas Street East for the report of a three-vehicle crash. No injuries were reported, but several vehicles were damaged. The investigation is ongoing and anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to call Belleville Police.
Liquor Licence Offence
On July 6, 2021 at 7:15 p.m., police were called to Cannifton Road on the report of an intoxicated male. Police located a 73-year-old male nearby and he was arrested for his own protection and was held at BPS until sober enough to care for himself.
