Changes are coming to the Stunt Driving Legislation beginning on Canada Day Thursday.

“Motorists who are travelling 40 or more kilometres an hour over the posted speed limit, in areas with a speed limit under 80 kilometres an hour, can be charged with stunt driving. “
Those charged with stunt driving will now have their vehicle impounded for 14 days, an increase of seven days.
A licence suspension will go from seven days to 30 days.
