Phase two of Ontario’s reopening plan also means a return to stock car racing at Brighton Speedway.
Track officials received word last week that they would be allowed to open to 25% of their capacity for fans. That means 700 spectators can attend this Saturday night. However, track owner Angela Rinaldi says there is a stipulation.
Rinaldi hopes to have the online ticket system up and and running tomorrow (Tuesday).
Rinaldi says it will be a traditional Saturday night of racing at Brighton Speedway with an addition.
Fans will be required to wear masks on the premises but not once they’re in their seats.
