An inquest examining the 2018 death of a construction worker in Trenton begins Wednesday.
Bradley Wright, 55 years of age, was a self-employed contractor working for Davis New Homes and Developments.
He was helping an excavator operator doing trench work when the trench collapsed, killing him.
Requirements and orders were given to Davis New Homes and Developments at the time by the Ministry of Labour.
The inquest is expected to last three days and will be held by video conference.
