OPP are asking people to avoid Massassauga Road in Rossmore Friday morning.
Not much detail is available, but a Tweet from the OPP East Region Communications Centre says there is a heavy police presence in that area due to an “ongoing event”.
Calls to Quinte News say multiple OPP specialty units and other emergency responders have been in the area since early Friday.
We’ll update the story when more details are available, but for now, you should avoid Massassauga Road in Rossmore until further notice.
