The health unit dashboard also shows one resolved case since Thursday, leaving five active cases.
There is still one person in hospital.
Seventy-one per cent or just under 109,000 people in the two counties have received a first dose of vaccine.
The number of fully vaccinated people sits just over 26,000 – that’s 16% of the population.
HPE Public Health is now also reporting the number of vaccinations at CFB Trenton.
Seventy-one per cent of Canadian Forces members (2,310 people) at the base have received both doses of vaccine.
In Northumberland Friday, the HKPR District Health Unit is also reported zero new cases.
Six cases are active.
