Search and Rescue Technicians from 424 Squadron at CFB Trenton were involved in a dramatic rescue on Lake Ontario, just off the Prince Edward County shoreline Thursday.
A Griffon helicopter, members of the Canadian Coast Guard and RCMP, all responded to a call reporting two people in medical distress on a power boat.
Personnel were lowered down to the boat from the chopper and one patient was lifted up and taken to Belleville General Hospital.
There’s been no update on their condition.
