Brighton council will be holding virtual public meetings into two proposed housing developments Monday evening.
One of the developments would be on 15 hectares of land (37.21 acres) west of Cedar Street and north of Raglan Street.
Being proposed are four single-family homes, 22 semi-detached homes and 84 units in a condominium block.
The other housing development has been modified since 2019 and is back to Brighton council for a third time.
The development involves multiple separate parcels of land totalling 44 hectares (107.86 acres) in the area of Raglan, Butler, and Ontario Streets.
The development would involve 84 single detached homes, 36 semi-detached, 36 freehold townhouse units and 17 townhouse units.
Brighton council’s planning meeting begins at 6:30 Monday. No final decisions will be made on either development.
