Belleville police responded to 74 calls for service between June 10, 2021 at 5:00 a.m. and June 11, 2021 5:00 a.m.
Disturbance
On June 10, 2021 at 3:19 p.m., police attended a business on Bridge St. West in regards to a female causing problems. The suspect became abusive to staff during a procedure. The argument escalated when she was advised she would be charged a cancellation fee. She uttered some veiled threats which caused staff to call the police. Police mediated the dispute and the 29-year-old Belleville female left with no further action required.
Mischief
On June 10, 2021 at 6:12 p.m., police responded to a call for service on Russell St. A 19-year-old Belleville male, who had been drinking, was out of control and smashed a rear window of a vehicle. After some discussion the male agreed to pay for the window and no further action was required by the police.
