HPE Public Health is reporting another single new case of COVID-19 in the region today.
The new case was found in Belleville, in a woman in her 60s and was transmitted through local spread.
It brings the number of active cases in the area to two.
The health unit’s dashboard shows 60% of HPE residents have received only a first shot of vaccine, while 9% of the population is fully vaccinated.
Meanwhile in Northumberland County today, the HKPR Health Unit is reporting no new cases and no recoveries.
The active case total in Northumberland remains at nine.
