It was a record breaking month of May for real estate in the Quinte Region.
According to the Quinte & District Association of Realtors, there were 539 units sold last month at an average price of $604,944 which marks a near 50% increase in average price over May of 2020.
The total of homes sold last month, 539, marked a 99% increase over homes sold in May of 2020 as well.
There were 107 homes sold in Belleville at an average price of $518,152, 134 sold in Quinte West at an average price of $544,871 and 59 sold in Prince Edward County at an average price of $743,450.
