Belleville Police have confirmed that an accident on Wallbridge-Loyalist Road Friday morning resulted in the death of one person.
At approximately 8:45 a.m. Friday, police responded to a three-vehicle crash on Wallbridge-Loyalist Rd. involving a motorcycle.
A northbound sedan crossed into the southbound lane and hit both the motorcycle and an SUV.
The rider of the motorcycle, a 54-year-old man from Wooler, was transported to Belleville General Hospital where he later died.
As a result, the driver of the northbound sedan, 31-year-old Alyshia Mowat-O’Brien of Belleville is facing charges of dangerous operation causing death and dangerous operation causing bodily harm.
