More housing is being proposed for a neighbourhood near Belleville’s Northeast Industrial Park.
At Monday’s meeting of the city’s Planning Advisory Committee a proposal for eight freehold townhouses on Tice Crescent will be presented.
The property is vacant and is at the intersection with Greenhill Lane.
No decision on the application will be made at Monday’s meeting but a staff report with a recommendation will come back to the committee at a future date.
