Hastings Prince Edward Health is reporting just four new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday.
The report includes numbers for both the Victoria Day holiday and Tuesday.
Eleven people have recovered since the last report and the number of active cases is down to 36.
Three of the new cases were spread by close contact with the fourth case a result of local transmission.
Two cases are in Quinte West with one each in Prince Edward County and Central Hastings.
Ten people are in hospital with four in the ICU and three on ventilators.
Two outbreaks remain active.
A community outbreak in Hastings Highlands has been declared over.
That outbreak was responsible for eight cases.
Forty-six per cent of HPE residents have received one dose of vaccine.
Four per cent, or 6,761 people in the two counties are fully vaccinated.
