One person was taken to hospital with undisclosed injuries following a collision involving a City of Belleville bus Friday morning at the intersection of Dundas and Pinnacle streets.
There are few details at this point but reports to Quinte News indicate a man on a motorized scooter was struck by a bus just after 9:30 a.m.
There were passengers on the bus but there aren’t believed to be any other injuries.
Belleville Police remain on scene and traffic is moving slowly through the area.
Motorists are asked to use alternate routes if possible.

Belleville Police is asking that motorists avoid the intersection of Dundas Street and Pinnacle Street. The intersection is currently blocked off for a motor vehicle collision investigation. Please use alternative routes until further notice.
