Suspicious behaviour led to charges against a Belleville man late Thursday morning.
Witnesses told police they saw a man wearing a facemask walking in the area of North Front Street and Valleyview Crescent who was coughing constantly and wiping objects as he wandered by them.
Belleville police responded and after investigation charged the 46-year-old with two counts of uttering death threats and one count of failing to comply with conditions.
He is in court Friday.
