A few tweaks to Prince Edward County’s Short Term Accommodation (STA) by-law will be discussed by Committee of the Whole on Thursday afternoon.
Staff have recommended waiting on major by-law changes until after the STA housing market study is completed and additional consultation takes place later this year.
But on Thursday, council will be asked to give staff the go ahead to create and publish a map of all licensed STAs to be available for public access.
That would allow neighbours to know any STAs in their area and to report nuisance or illegal operators.
