From noon to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, a CC-130J Hercules aircraft from 436 Squadron in 8 Wing Trenton will conduct flight training over hospitals in the Bay of Quinte.
According to the base, the Hercules will fly over the hospitals in Picton, Belleville, Campbellford, Trenton and Cobourg to show support for local frontline healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The date was also chosen to coincide with Mother’s Day.
The base asks that people maintain physical distancing and respect public health measures when viewing the flyovers.
