A Belleville man is $1 million richer after a recent Lotto 64/9 draw.
Hardley Guelph won the guaranteed $1 million prize on the April 21 draw and says he had to check his ticket a few times using the OLG app before he believed he’d actually won.
The married father of three plans to use his winnings to buy a house and help his family.
The winning ticket was bought a the Shop ‘N Joy on College Street in Belleville.
