Brighton council won’t be surprised when they see large request for a building upgrade at next year’s budget discussions.
Monday council saw a staff report outlining serious problems with the flat membrane roof on the King Edward Park Community Centre.
The Community Centre was build in 2009.
Staff is suggesting a 30-year warranty membrane roof be installed at the centre at an estimated cost of around $375,000.
