OPP have charged a 24-year-old man from Quinte West in connection with a drug-related investigation in the city Wednesday night.
Members of the Community Street Crime Unit arrested a man on Marmora Street in Trenton, around 8:45 p.m., after they say they observed multiple suspected drug deals.
Police say they found suspected fentanyl, clonazepam pills and cash on the man, then searched a nearby motel room, where they found suspected methamphetamine and other drug-related items.
Gavin Galbraith of Quinte West is charged with two counts of drug trafficking and one count each of possession of property obtained by crime and breaching probation.
He was released with conditions and a court date in Belleville in May.
